Member Code of Conduct

The following is intended to constitute a covenant between the club and its members, which is in essential part of the contract of membership:

  1. Any member caught removing alcoholic, or any consumable beverage of any kind from the Club will be subject to suspension or expulsion from the Club.

  2. Any member caught soliciting drinks or favors while on Club property will be deemed in violation of the Code of Conduct.

  3. All members are expected to conform to all Federal, State and/or Local statutes while on Club property.

  4. All members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner, which exemplifies simple courtesy and human respect. Members are expected to respect the rights and persons of all members and guests.

  5. Physical violence, intimidating behavior or sexual misconduct will not be tolerated on Club property, via social media or by telephonic means.

  6. Lending of a member’s card will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the Club.

  7. Any member who knowingly aids or abets a minor or an unsigned nonmember in gaining access to the Club will face disciplinary action before the Board of Directors, up to and including expulsion.

  8. Any member, or guest, caught using or distributing illegal substances on ASC property will be permanently expelled for life from ASC and appropriate authorities may be notified.

  9. Any member caught distributing promotional material is in violation of Non-Profit law and is subject to disciplinary action up to expulsion for life.
