• General Facilities Committee

    This committee oversees the facilities of the Club and makes recommendations to the Board concerning:

    • Required maintenance

    • Proposed remodeling or renovating

    Duties include:

    • Ensuring facilities (building, fixtures, and furniture) are being maintained as needed.

    • Providing regular written lists of to do repairs are provided and performance checked.

    • Providing regular assessments of near term maintenance and repair needs.

    • Ensuring facilities are being properly cleaned as needed, not after needed.

    • That fire extinguishers are current, exit and emergency light batteries checked.

  • Communications Committee

    Oversees member communication and media outreach to the membership

    Keeps membership informed of upcoming events, including performances, meetings, and events through physical and digital media.

    Maintains and improves our information outreach efforts.

    Approves poster designs

  • Finance Committee

    The Treasurer is the chair of the Finance Committee.

    • Assist treasurer in operational audits

    • Assist in the presentation of data, both operational and financial - i.e., membership sales (monthly and quarterly)

    • Revenue reporting based on: Weekly trends/events/promotions/special events

    • Simple debit and credit analyses

    • Report on downward trending/loss of sales/mitigation strategies, and

    • Other duties as assigned
